Local Authorities across England and Wales are realising the benefit of collecting unpaid Penalty Charge Notices by way of Bailiff Enforcement. Regency Collection Services is able to offer local Authorities a National Service using it’s network of certificated Bailiffs.

Our professionalism applies throughout our collection of road traffic debt,from receipt of your instructions via our ‘state of the art’ on-line technology, to tracing a debtor and if necessary, we will take possession of a vehicle.

If outside contractors are used in the collection of a vehicle, we always ensure that one of our certificated Bailiffs is present throughout the removal and that any contractors used are well established and fully insured. When removed, all vehicles are kept in secure premises until they can be disposed of, by way of public auction or when the debtor pays in full. All payments and proceeds of sales are banked in a clients account until full funds have cleared. Upon clearance, we will account to you on a weekly basis, either electronically (same-day transfer) or hard format in accordance with your wishes.
