Regency Collection Services offers a highly professional service to local authorities in the collection and enforcement of Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates debt. We work with local authorities using ‘state of the art’ technology which allows ‘on-line’ monitoring and tracking of individual cases.

Being a member of the BPA (British Parking Association), we work in a professional manner and adhere to the guidelines, in spirit and act.

All collections from debtors are deposited in a clients account. Once funds have cleared, we will account to you on a weekly basis, either electronically (same-day transfer) or in hard format in accordance with your wishes.
